Actu NBA : Van Gundy admet que le départ de Hill a été bénéfique à Orlando
L’entraîneur des Magics, Stan Van Gundy, a finalement admis cette semaine que le départ de Grant Hill de l’équipe l’été dernier a rendu réellement l’équipe meilleure, selon le Orlando Sentinel.
Avec Hill à Phoenix, la porte était ouverte pour Hedo Turkoglu pour jouer beaucoup plus de minutes pour les Magics.
"La décision de Grant de partir nous a aidés," a déclaré Van Gundy.
"J’ai été déçu quand il est parti, mais cela a mis Hedo dans un rôle de starter et a donné à un type très doué une meilleure chance de briller et de mettre à profit toutes ses qualités en ayant plus la balle."
